Description

Roof Sealer is a 100% acrylic penetrating sealer for unpainted, porous, friable surfaces such as concrete roof tiles and cement plaster.

It promotes adhesion for other ROOFRITE acrylic coatings.

Features and Benefits:

-Excellent penetration and adhesion to concrete and cement surfaces

-Strengthens and seals friable cement surface.

-Improves adhesion for topcoats.

Limitations: Do not apply when ambient temperature is below 8C. or surface temperature above 40C.

Do not apply to saturated concrete surfaces.
