SabreSeal MS25 Building & Industrial Hybrid Sealant

A one component, non-sagging durable elastic hybrid MS Polymer sealant for use in high movement joints (±50%) in building construction and manufacturing industries.

Based on MS Polymer, this versatile and high-performance Silyl Modified Polymer (MS) sealant can be used for sealing joints in various materials, including concrete, panel joints, rainscreens, coolstores, roof sealing and around windows and skylights. In addition, this sealant can be painted with most water-based paints, making it an ideal choice for a range of applications.

MS25 is MPI approved for use in farm dairies, dairy processing and non-dairy processing.

Suitable for both interior and exterior application in high temperature and humid conditions and exhibits excellent resistance to UV, weathering and ageing.
